I had that problem with the pills I was taking in the beginning-missed at least 1 or 2 a week-but then I switched to the gummies & I take them right before bed. Its like a little sweet treat before I go to sleep & haven't missed a day since.

Im horrible at taking mine and was with my 3 other kids and they are all fine I just add more fruit and Vegetables into my diet.  Whatever the baby needs it will take from you and your food.

You will be fine and your baby will to. I don't take mine everyday. They make me sick. I went and bought the gummie prenatal pills, and still don't take everyday. Make sure your diet is healthy.  You can get alot of vitamins out of the veggie you eat. Folic acid is the most important vitimin in your babys development. Spinal bifida is a genetic disorder,  and there is no link to prenatal vitmins stopping it from occurring. I do remember that from nursing school.
