As for the pressure, gravity works. And it can s#ck. Sorry. Wish I had a fix other than put your feet up. :( The dizzy spells can be low blood sugar. If you eat something they should clear. Hope you feel better.

I'm almost 28 weeks and was having really bad pressure down there. And went to the doctors and they check on my vital signs because I was feeling really dizzy and staying with headaches. They ran some blood work. My blood Pressure was low. And my iron is extremely low. I would call your doctor and let him know about it.

Every pregnancy is different! This is my third. my first was as perfect as it could be. I never had symptoms of anything. my second was opposite. I was Amways sick but not throwing up..my feet swole like huge!! And then he didn't want to come out. I was induced so I could have him.

The dizzy spell is most likely low blood sugar. u should drink more water and eat better or more frequent lighter meals. and the pressure is natural. u have a baby growing in there moving ur insides around and sitting same kicking ribs and ur pelvic area.. also u have ligaments that are streching getting ready for labor. :)as painful as it is. u will forget about it when ur baby baby comes:) ;)
