Yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, granola,
M husband and I are loving refrigerator oats right now.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup Greek yogurt +I use vanilla+
1/3 cup milk/ or soy milk
Fresh fruit cut up in chunks
Honey or raw sugar.
Mix it all up the night before put it in the fridge with a lid and its ready in the morning, yo can heat it up too.
