quite possibly bronchitis

I am 13 weeks pregnant, and have been hit with the flu. Now I am starting to think that flu has brought on bronchitis. Coughing, mucus, wheezing, I can feel the pain from my cough in my chest, runny nose. Can this be harmful to the baby?

Little over 11 weeks pregnant and have bronchitis. Doc said I should be fine. She gave me meds and a note to take the rest of the week off so I can try and rest.
