This app is good. Your doctor is best. If you're on Facebook like Fit Pregnancy or sign up for their email news letter they have tons of great articles that you 'll learn so much. If your insurance has a website check on it and see if has a pregnancy program. Mine does and it has a 24hr nurse hot line for free.
