I'm 14 weeks plus and I'm working a convenient store, I get confusions on my restrictions but my employer gets angry with any restrictions due to my pregnancy... When I got pregnant he told ne it better not affect my work... Well I was given a 10 pond weight limit and told not to reach my arms above my head... What are these restrictions for and how do I obey them when I work alone so often.

As long as your work has light duty, he can't force you out on a medical leave. Like previous posting said, you need to ask why the restrictions to your dr. Everyone can be different. No pregnancy is exactly the same.  Now if your boss fires you based on limitations, then that is discrimination and grounds for a lawsuit.  Good luck!

I can't say why you have the restrictions, ask your doctor. However you boss can not fire you simply because you are pregnant. He will just have to deal with the fact that there are sertan things you can't do unroll after your nanny is born. If he does you can and should due is inconcidoret ***. Do as you doctor said your baby is most important.
