Thanks for the comments guys. I told my doctor she never said it was a problem. I just read it and started to worry. I was doing aspirin mask once a week for most of the pregnancy. I used one tablet mixed with olive oil and leave it for ten mins. I will not do it anymore. Ill stick to regular stuff and oatmeal mask instead just to be safe.

I have always used acne meds (topical) that have that in them...and my kids have been fine. My doc told me what to avoid during pregnancy and clean and clear wasn't one of them.

I don't know if it affects your baby. But using Wikipedia is not a good source to believe.

Here is from Wikipedia.  It sounds like you have little enough to be worried about; talk with your doc but you sound like you haven't caused any harm.

"There are no studies specifically looking at topical salicylic acid in pregnancy. Oral salicylic acid has not been associated with an increase in malformations if used during the first trimester, but use in late pregnancy has been associated with bleeding, especially intracranial bleeding. The risks of aspirin late in pregnancy are probably not relevant for topical exposure to salicylic acid, even late in the pregnancy, because of its low systemic levels. Topical salicylic acid is common in many over-the-counter dermatological agents, and the lack of adverse reports suggests a low teratogenic potential."
