what does it mean when your hands get tight out of nowhere
Were you sitting uncomfortably for a long period of time? Like without any back support? Or supporting with your hands? When you put too much weight on your hands they can get tingly n swollen. Try holding then under cold running water. I hope thats what you meant by tight hands.
No salty stuff but a lot of ice
Swelling, dry skin?
