There are some exercises that really works for sciatica pain. Lie down on the floor and lift both of your legs with the support of wall at 90 degree. Maintain the position for some some minutes. You will feel relaxed.

I get monthly massages, my doctor said it is perfectly safe as long as my masseuse is trained in prenatal massage. It is wonderful and has been working for me.

Heat then ice, warm baths, cat and cow yoga positions, have your partner fold a sheet wrap around your belly while you are on hands and knees slip the sheet under you and slowly lift up till it feel good. Also a birthing ball will help

My dr said they can write a prescription for like a girdle band thing that is supposed to help. Mine is really awful too im 30 weeks today and started about 25 weeks. Sometimes if I get on my hands a knees for a while that seems to help take some pressure off. Ive heated and used ice back and forth too.
