When I get migraines it usually mean that my body is missing something... Water, sleep & eating... It stinks I will occasionally have just out of the blue... I do agree with ^ all of these things work for me and sometime you might even have to make yourself vomit just to relieve the pressure...

I had the same problem. I was sent to a neurologist. They really couldnt do much for me except prescribe a class c that i didnt take....
Eventually they let up on their own but I spent the first 4mths of this pregnancy with sunglasses on,living on acetominophen throwing up from migraines. Er trips.

Few tips...
When you feel one coming on...go lay in a dark room. Limit your activity.
Drink plenty of water. Dehydration will make it 10000000 times worse.
Also...take a tylenol with tea,coffee....caffeine. it will give it a kick.
Cold cloths on the neck/head/eyes.
Youtube pressure points for migraines. Have your partner or someone do them to you. It helped me sooooo much.

It blows. I know. Good luck! Hope you get relief
