Is it normal to have pressure afterwards? Is that what a contraction feels like? And is it normal to not feel movement for an hour+ after? This is my first and I get weird pains here and there all the time nothing to serious or extremely painful. I'm worried that when I finally go into labor I may not realize until it's a real concern and everyone panics.
Yea just watch for any bleeding or continuous pain.
