Thank u! I pretty much eat throughout the day lol.. like small snacks and meals and i have an office job so im on my butt most of the day. Ill try drinking more fluids.. and maybe getting some sugar with a pop or chocolate might help :)
I have had this happen to me in the past. I would get shaky and feel like crap....i would get a really bad head ache too. I would drink a couple sips from a soda and take some tylenol and I would feel better. Idk what it was it why it happened. I even went to the doctor and they basically told me it was because I was pregnant and it was normal.....but if you do get concerned and what not call your doctor!!!
Hey I used to get that aswell I found sitting down for 5 mins and having a sml bit of chocolate done the trick for me I dunno wat ur work situation was I was lucky coz I was manager I was able to do it woth put asking anyone
