Eat a ton of local honey, it isn't a miraculous cure, but it helps with the severity. I also have bad sinus problems and I used to use nasal spray so much but can't while pregnant. It makes me crazy. I find if I sleep on my back it helps my sinuses to drain, but I can't continue that too Mich longer.
I have a sinus rinse but it doesn't help me, unfortunately.

Zyrtec is catagory B, it is just much newer than Claritin, so it is not on lists made more than 5 or 6 years ago. It wasn't on the printed list from my OB but she told me it was safer than Claritin. I had been taking Zyrtec daily before I found out I was pregnant, she said Zyrtec is one of the only drugs safe in the first trimester. Benadryl is on the avoid in first trimester list.

But I have just been doing sinus rinse and eye drops lately

You are not supposed to use Zyrtec during pregnancy cause it's not a class B medication but you can use Claritan or regular Benadryl. Neil Med sinus rinse is awesome and you can pick one up at CVS pharmacy. It flushes out your nose and sinus cavity. You can also use saline nose spray

I use a sinus rinse (some people do a netti pot) i didnt like the idea at first - but it really works well and it is drug free.
Zyrtec is the safest allergy drug during pregnancy
