I drink peaceful mama tea. It's the same thing a sleepy time tea and it really helps. Use a little honey to sweeten it, honey is a natural sleep aid. The combination works wonders. I'm 36 weeks and have been relying on it every night
I take Unisom every once in a while when I can't sleep, or a Benedryl. They are both on my list of safe medications to take while pregnant.
I always take a warm shower once my daughter is in bed and use lavender soap and have lavender candles in my room once done in the shower drink some warm tea and try to realx! Seems to have worked for me the last few nights
