sleeping issues

I am 33 weeks and No matter what I do I cannot sleep. Any tips?

If u like tea try sleepy time tea , when I was that far with my sons that was the only thing that would help me fall asleep

Try praying a rosary or read a religious book, that oughta get you sleepy real quick.lol J.k That's what my husband tells me to do. I say take naps when you can and leave the housework for later

Four foot pillow! Best advice i got since first pregnancy 11 years ago i dont sleep without one! It isnt magical but it helps a lot! I joke with my partner that its my second man! Put between legs abd cuddle it up against ur body to your head. I love it cost 10 bucks at best nothing fancy

I am also 34 weeks and normally snoring awat peacefully by 10:30 its now one am and i cant seem to sleep, at first i thought it was from the little cat nap i had today and it still may be, but my mind is just racing with everythinh from setting up the nursery to when is my baby going to come. Hope more posts come alongl would love to skip the meds.

Me either I'm 34 weeks, you can try, hot teas, warm milk, sometimes When I haven't slept but 6 hrs in days I take tylenol PM... Only one pill and I sleep Like 9 hrs, doctor said is safe, but still I don't Like to take medicines all the time
