Is it ok to sleep facing down? I have 10w and a very small belly. I just can't seem to sleep any other way! I try to sleep on my side, but I always end up tge same way! Will this hurt my baby?
I sleep however I feel comfortable. I slept face down up until 5 months or so because I had no bump and no pain. When my belly got bigger I started sleeping on my side.
I'm 40 weeks and sleep on my stomach. Baby is protected. Sleep however and whenever you can.
I am 12 weeks and sleep anyway i want. Just whatever is a comfortable position for you is fine at this point.

not at this stage, it is very well protected. i'm 10weeks too, at this point our bellies are just bloat
