sneezing

I get the worst pain when I sneeze . It's all down in my lower belly it hurts so bad its almost crippling

Im, 13w same issue whrn i sneeze caugh or anything in that manner

My doctor said it's round ligament pain. Mine started around 10 weeks also, if not a bit before.  If you feel yourself aboUt to sneeze bring your legs up to your chest, it helps a teeny bit. I had a hernia when I was 6 On the right side, and it kills me to sneeze or cough, she said the hernia is completely healed, but the scar tissue could have made it start earlier.

Lol oh yah I remember that pain, I finally don't have it any more ( I'm 37+6 ) it's ligament pains , your muscles stretching ..
it will go away after a while

Yes is like a sharp pain, my happens by my hip bone (kinda) on the right... good luck ladys, now we know  that is part of the 13-14 weeks...

Omg u aswell, I get that and I hold my stomach jus before sneezing and yes the pain is quite bad can't move after.

I'm 14 weeks too.  Hurts when I blow my nose like my uterus is going to fall out

I get the same thing so n I think is normal, since u have it too, so now before sneezing I hold on to the area to prevent pain,  but dont think you have to worry .. by the way im 14 w so maybe you are around the same week.
