Sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome is it worse at night? I've had this since 20 weeks and still have it now at 29 weeks it's so painfull!!! doctor told me it should go after birth but I've got to have wrist splints to wear for bed and through day if it starts hurting he also mentioned steroid injections in wrists as an absolute last resort :-(

I talked to my doctor about it too and she said it like had to do with the water pressure there.  It will go away once you have your baby... I freaked out when it hurt so bad.  But it now just seems to be a apart of me... I don't think about it much anymore.

Your welcome.....if you continue to hurt call your doctor.....you may need a little physical therapy to show you how to deal with the pain....with my first pregnancy last year I had to do physical therapy on my right knee. I though I had an old injury act up but come to find out all these years of knee problems it been my Minskis  (however you spell it) it's the tiny muscle in yiur knee that keeps your knee cap in place from jumping out. And believe it helped a lot! I could barley rely on it and was scared to stay home by myself from fear of falling. Hope all goes well.

I have started having issues with my left wrist and my hand and all we can really do is a heating pad and yes its a miracle worker! I wake up some nights many times so heating pad has been a life saver for me! I was also told by my friend that fresh cherries has a natural arthritis/anti-inflammatory in it! That's the only way I eat cherries....I hate the ones in the jar lol hope this helps
