I was in your same boat I found out I was pregnant during my season of co-ed soccer my doctor told me I was completely fine to play up until my second trimester she told me however to just keep it easy and no slide tackling and all that crazy stuff. :)

If you have concerns with fitness it is always good to ask your doctor. Everyone is different and everyone goes into pregnancy with different levels of fitness. When I was pregnant with my first I trained and played tennis throughout the 1st and 2nd trimester and I ran constantly.
I think its fine. Especially if youve been doing thst level of fitness
