sore breast!
Do you moms have any suggestions to sooth sore breast? I've tried warm rags and showers but I still have sharp pains especially at night... help! :(
I use cocoa butter lotion on them right before bed and then don't another then with clothing or blankets. It's helped a lot so far. I found sometimes my bras hurt more than help too.
Use grease and buy bigger bras you'll need them soon enough
