Does anyone else suffer with really painful nappies when it's cold out I'm 21 weeks pregnant and really suffering does anyone have any idea on how to stop this other than extra layers as that hasn't helped

Warm compresses and lanolin cream help is what I have been told. Painful like bees stinging too much

Yes whem I was as far along as you I would almost cry they would hurt so bad in the cold. Heat is the only thing that would help...I almost bought a tiny heating pad for in the car. Hot showers, lol a few times my husband had to breath on them with warm breathe through my shirts
