What is safe to take? Cough drops and gargling salt water aren't helping :(
Yes the Robitussin is ok. You coyly try Tylenol or the pain. Also, do you have a humidifier in your room? I found when I was sick it was much worse in the morning when my throat was so dry. Maybe that will help, too. Make sure you are getting plenty of fluid to stay hydrated, too. Feel better soon. Being sick is worse when you're pregnant... I hate nit being able to take medicine that actually works.
Will try the honey tea. Thanks! I just want this pain to go away... my hubs and daughter are sick too but they can take cold medicine at least! We all know moms aren't allowed to get sick so I want this cold gone, fast!
I've been drinking no caffeine tea with honey and eating chicken noodle soup. Im trying to stay away from medicine. Its slowly getting better each day.
That's it! Our options are very limited!
