specialist??

Anyone ever had to see a specialist due to Hyperechonic bowel on the baby shown on an ultrasound?  My daughter, now 5, is special needs due to a duplicated chromosome. Since we have her and they seen this... they are worried our baby girl, Im 21 weeks, may have something too. Im freaking out but trying to stay positive. The chromosome that is duplicated is supposed to be very rare.
Anyone ever have this??

I have never had this however I did see a genetic counselor for testing for rare disease, downs and other chromosome abnormalities. Reason I was testing is because I will be 35 when I deliver. Anyway, chromosome abnormalties are not genetic and they are random. This is what my specialist AND counselor told me. Further, just because you have one special needs child does not mean your new baby will have the same. Try not to worry and good luck!
