You could try a compress of baking soda and water,  mix into a paste and spread it on the effected are. If  there's any venom in the wound, the baking soda will draw it out, as long as the wound is open.
I use it for bee stings, I have a fun allergic reaction to yellow jacket, wasp etc bites/stings that is similar to what happens tomost ppeople when they take a little too much pain killer.

How big has the area gotten? Generally the swelling and redness shouldn't be bigger than a quarter around the site.

I'm gonna guess you can see two puncture wounds. Since its down there, probably happened while you slept so you don't know what spider did it.

As long as you weren't bitten by a brown recluse, black widow or tarantula you and baby should be okay. Are there other venomous spiders in your local area? A venomous bite would be bad for both of you.

You could just be having having a really bad reaction to the bite like my ex. Google swelling and spider bites and check the symptoms for a severe reaction, as long as you don't have those you'll be ok. I'm hoping you don't swell there like my ex, and you both well be alright.

Are you sure it's a spider bite?

If it is, it depends on what kind of spider bit you. Recluses will leave the worst scars as the venom necrotizes flesh and leave large gaps in the skin. Black widow bites can be just as bad I guess.

An ex had been bitten by we don't know what kind of spider above his eye and it was swollen to the size of a golf ball, went away after a week...he still looks fine now and the Dr was useless and he didn't really get treated for it since again, useless Dr.
