spotting after check

I went for an internal check today and after the doc checked I noticed a very tiny bit of blood streak on my panty...has anyone had a similar experience?

It's normal to spot after an internal exam or intercourse, if it persists or you begin to have severe cramping I'd call the doctor.

Last week at my 36 week appointment. when my cervix was checked for dilation it caused some spotting and I lost most of my plug if not all of it. My doctor gave me a panty liner and told me I would spot.  It's when it turns into heavy bleeding is there cause for concern

It can sometimes happen because the cervix is sensitive. When I had my pap done in the beginning of my pregnancy, he said he could see a little blood in my cervix and everything is going well so far. I wouldn't worry about it unless it begins to get heavy.
