staying asleep

Had anyone found anything that helps them stay asleep (other than benadryl)?  I've tried exercise, no exercise, music, different positions, changing the temperature, using fans, etc without relief. I haven't had a full nights sleep (I wake up at least four to six times a night) in FOUR months and I'm going a little batty.

Go to a dollar store or grocery store,  look in baby aisle for something called Sleepytime baby bath or they also have lotion if you don't like baths  just a cap full or rub on your arms and legs,  I used it for my daughter and her step grandma used it too,  it is natural and has chamomile in it,  its really cheap too,  like 2 or 3 dollars.  :-) I'm 7 months and I'm thinking about doing it since mine constantly kicking in the night.  But the earlier months I would hold a pillow on my belly and one between legs and sleep like that,  it helped alot.  Another remedy warm milk with nestles mix sugarfree chocolate cooked on the stove; my husband's technique for helping me get sleepy.  :-) plus its yummy

I use the aromatherapy from bath and body works called sleep. It helps but it doesn't keep me asleep.

Try some chamomile tea... :) or get a good massage. I tried massage before and it helped calm me down...
