still not going

I'm 14 weeks Nd so far only been able to use the restroom 3 times come to find out I was doing it wrong... See I used an enema and didn't know I'm not supposed to so I tried the high fiber diet, metamucil, suppositories, juices, and miralax and nothing works what do I do?

Water is key you can have all the fiber you want but water helps it all move. Hope you feel better honey.

My doc had me take colace twice a day and a teaspoon of mineral oil in the morning. Also snack on dried apricots and prunes drink plenty of water.

Try PlumSmart juice or Apple juice. Both taste good and have worked.for me

Are you drinking enough water? If your on high fiber and not drinking enough it can do the opposite of what it's suppose to do

I did talk to my doctor and they already switched my prenatals to a lower iron, then they put me on the high fiber diet and it still isn't working.... I feel its hopeless

I switched my prenatal and would drink nothing but water...

I agree, you may need to talk to your doctor. Are you drinking plenty of water throughout the day? Also, some exercise can also help. They may even have you switch to a lower iron prenatal supplement for a while. Good luck!
