I'd make an appointment with your doctor to try and get something prescribed to help you. Failing that get down to your A&E you dont want to become dehydrated. Take little sips each time of fluids and try and stay cool if your getting a temperature. Hope you feel better soon x

Drink water, eat chicken soup. Fruits like water melon are very hydrating and replenish vitamins, bananas are great for keeping vitamins high too.

If you can't water down go to Urgent Care, you may need IV fluids

Take tylenol to lower your fever if you have one

Let your dr know asap. I had a friend who got the flu while pregant and just "let it run its course" and she lost her baby. I would definity let uour dr know so they can get you the extra fluids your body needs amd to monitor the baby
