stomach tightening
Hello ladies, I'm 22 weeks and this week I started feeling my lower abdomen tighten a couple times a day it's not really painful just uncomfortable it leaves me a little weak and winded when it happens it only lasts a few seconds but I'm just not sure what it is I had bh with my son and I felt my whole stomach tighten this feels different. I would appreciate any advice
Braxton hicks is what it sounds like you'll be fine I had them my hole pregnancy so far
