Try to avoid dehydration. Mix water, little sugar and a little salt with some juice of a lemon (for the taste). Exact recipe can be found online. Try to drink a glass of it every hour, small sips at a time.
No, if you throw up to much or become very fatigued and feel dehydrated you need to call your dr and hopefully they can get some IV fluids in you. I just got over the stomach virus and Have had it with all 4 pregnancies. Just makes it that much worse when you have baby kicking and moving. Hope you feel better soon!!
