stress test??

I have a stress test tomorrow. Has anyone had one before?? What should I expect??

I get one every week due to gestational diabetes. It's def a breeze, just sit with 2 monitors strapped to ur tummy and u press a button Everytime the baby moves. Today was strange for me because he was not moving at all so they had to use a buzzer which is a hand held vibrating device they touched diff parts of my tummy to try to wake him and boy was he awake after that!

Take a book or something they just monitor contractions n baby heart rate n movement

I honestly don't know why I'm getting it. Maybe because the baby's head is measuring super small compared to everything else. Idk. Ya that's what I thought. Gonna have to run and stuff lol.

No problem. When I first heard stress test, I thought I was going to have to run on a treadmill or something. Lol but that's all I had to do. Did they give you a reason why or was there something going on for them to want a nst?

Yep I had to have one every week with my first cause I was high risk. But you just sit there and click a clicker every time you feel your baby move.
