I'm not sure if stress can put you into labor, but it can definitely put you in the hospital. It's also not good for your baby. I don't know what's stressing you do bad but I'd try to avoid it and take care of yourself the next 10 weeks. This is a crucial time for your baby's development. Good luck. ... and please try to relax.
Stress is dangerous. Even if you're not pregnant, you can be hospitalized for stress. If you haven't already done so, I'd talk to your doctor about starting maternity leave, maybe see a counselor, and have a family discussion about what others can do to help you out.
a little stress can be good for the baby to much tho is not good for anyone just take an hour dnt think about anything draw ur self a hot bath with out with out bubbles light a candle play easy listening music and rub your tummy just think about your baby and that will help with the stress a little so your not freaking out all the time
