sudafed during pregnancy

My two girls were sick for a week and so generously gave it to me. I have a cough, sinus pressure, and fever. :( My doctor said it is on to take sudafed, but I'm reading reports that it might not be good for pregnant women. Has anyone else used sudafed or heard anything about it?

Ive used with all my kids and using it this one to. I just only take it when I am at the worst and nothing else helps but I hate taking meds while pregnant. But sometimes you need to :)

Ive used Sudafed in all my pregnancies and you couldn't ask for healthier babies :-) not every version should be used. Just the regular Sudafed and Sudafed PE

It supposedly blocks off blood flow to the baby.. That is what I heard.. But my sinuses were so bad to the point the pressure blocked my vision and I, got the Okayy to take one..
