surgery for kidney stones

So I have been in and out of the hospital since Christmas with kidney stones on both sides, I am 31w+1d. First my option was to monitor it and hopefully they pass on their own, no luck so far an now my white blood count is high so they want to do surgery to put in to stents the drain the kidneys preventing inflammation an pain .
The only thing is I will have to have them until the baby is born an then they will deal with the stones. But the stents will have to be changed as they can become blocked as well. I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through or going through this problem if they could give me some insight.
Good note is all my nurses tell me labour will be a brease

I have had stints put in with one of my pregnancies. They never had to change it while pregnant and was able to remove them after baby was born, I passed the stones after the stints were removed. It is not that big of a deal and you will feel better once your kidneys can drain. Good luck.
