swollen ankels

So I just hit 24 weeks today and for the past week or so I have been dealing with swollen ankels. I know that is one of the beauties of pragnacy but is it normal for it to start happening at 23/24 weeks? I am drinking lots of water And staying as active as I can with the weather we have been getting. But I just don't know what else to do to help the issue. Any ideas?

Just the swelling. I have been in the car a lot the past week so it may be because of that.

The only time I get swollen feet if I sitting for long or if I'm eating something salty like fries or chips.

I don't have an answer for you. Mine also started about 2 weeks back and I was around 23/24 weeks. But it's usually when I sit for long periods of time although sometimes it's not. I find that walking helps. Continue drinking water and keep your high blood pressure in check

Have you got any other symptoms than just swollen ankles?
