I know how you feel. Drinking lots of water helps me and walking around. Try wearing shoes that have support and not flat footed shoes. When your feet start to tingle or feel uncomfortable prop them up and drink water
My doc advice me in order not to get that is to drink lots of water and stay away from slat and stay active thru my pregnancy. I will be praying for u ladys to get better.

Drink tons of water. Compression socks help too. If you sit at a desk for work like I do, make sure you get up and walk around every so often to get your blood flowing. These things have helped me. I also eat a banana every day which I've been told helps with swelling, but not sure if that's true.
They say you need to drink water water and more water for the fluid to flush out i am 31 weeks and going through it
I can't wear my wedding ring nor wear my flats/most of my shoes, I'm swollen all over and have extremely dry itchy skin. I've found soaking in Epsom salt helps a bit
Have you see your doctor about this sounds like you should seek medical attention you may have preeclampsia.
Yes! My feet and ankles are very swollen. My feet feel like they are burning all the time even though it's -20° outside, I want to wear flip flops onto the snow to cool them down! My fingers and wrists also swelled and I can't wear any jewelry anymore. Only 8 more wks!!
