symphysis pubis dysfunction

Pubic pain OMG it hurts soooo bad I couldn't even walk to go to the bathroom I can't switch positions In bed has anyone ever experienced this at  39 weeks

Yeah I get that when I walk after sitting down for a while and also while I'm in bed. Feels so awful. And walking is terrible

They have me a belt a week ago. I'm 32 weeks. Just been taking warm baths and actually putting a heating pad between my legs sui the top of my inner thighs and lower pubic bone. Stairs are killing me!! I have a 4.5 year old and never had problems with him.

I'm going through this and have been for the past 3weeks it's awful and I'm 36 weeks.... I've tried everything and nothing works

I know how u feel I feel useless sometimes cos I have a 5 year old running round n wanting me to sit on floor n play but I can't get down or struggle to get back up, in some cases if really bad the hospital (I'm in UK) give crutches to help luckily I've never had to have them but I wouldn't refuse a wheelchair right now lol, all the best hun as soon as baby is out it will go x

I suffered with this for my last 2 pregnancys, and with this pregnacy I got it really early at 18 weeks I'm 27 weeks now and in so much pain defo try sleep with pillow between ur legs and turn ur legs together when moving. Try not to over do things during day as I find if I do alot during day it's worse at night. Will be over for you soon, x
