with mine i felt ridiculously tired up until about 12 weeks...i found the best thing for me was to just PUSH myself to take a walk...it really helps, i feel alot better once i get out and just do it, also, i would get my sister in law to go with me to the mall or go get out and do SOMETHING a few times a week just to get me out of the house...try to get help with the chores if you CAN...if not, remember, you are only one person and your body is growing another human, and it is sucking the life out of you - you are bound to be tired!! I have anxiety if i dont get the house work done and i told my husband he did this to me so he'd better either help or understand. I found that getting frozen meals for my family a few nights a week helped too..something i could just pop in the oven and not worry about lol. Also, if you are experiencing high nausea, try taking 2 flintstone complete vitamins with a 400-800 mg folic acid supplement rather than the prenatals...the prenatals were causing my nausea and i didnt figure that out until this second pregnancy - the nausea was what skyrocketed my weight in 1st trimester b/c i would eat everything just to keep from getting sick- my ob told me to take the flintstone vitamins and apparently its quite common. AND i always have slight cramping around my uterus where its expanding too...some constipation - which i help by eating fiber enriched bread, fiber one bars and apples - drink as much water as you can stomach too! All these horrid symptoms will pass around about 12 weeks for most women so you dont have much longer to go...just keep your mind busy -

Yes, press on the pressure point. I was recommended Dr pepper by a gal on here and it worked the best for me.

They put me on reglan. There is a pressure point in between your thumb n pointer finger in the webbing. Try that. Another thing to try is some caffeine If you don't normally have any. They told me once it starts affecting my everyday life, then they can step in with meds. Reglan is an antinausea med who's aide affect is helping migraines. There is no safe migraine med out there during pregnancy. Another trick they mentioned was warm feet and cool your head at the same time. Hopefully one of these tricks will work for ya!
