I am not 20 weeks but so far the only symptom I gave had have been sensitivity on my nipples other than it has been good. There are many women that experience little to no symptoms. Now at 20 weeks I get some cramps very light not painful on my side which seems to be linked to the growing uterus. Good luck with everything :)

Lucky you! Lol i believe im 8 weeks (first appt tomorrow) and i am ridiculously nauseous and my boobs are killing me. But i know its for a good reason! Congrats and good luck
