teeth hurting

I'm 35 weeks with my 2nd baby and have noticed that my teeth are getting really sensitive. I take gummy prenatal and even chewing those in the morning hurt. I get regular dental checkups every 6 months. But not sure if I should be concerned or just deal with the annoyance? Didn't have this issue with my first baby. Any advice?

I work in a dental office and it's really common for pregnancy to trigger toothaches and bleeding gums due to hormones. Since I became pregnant my molars have been bugging me but I have no cavities or anything. I just gotta wait to give birth to have things go back to normal. But if you want schedule an appointment just to make sure it's nothing.
