tense machine
Conderdicting myself.. I have a tense machine to help relive back pain.. im 31 weeks prego and have horrible hip/back pain.. has anyone used one during pregnancy?
Thanks, its to the point I cant walk n having a 2 n 4 yr old.. makes it difficult... I want to cry. I have physical therapy to see if it will help but not till mid December.
I have a tens unit machine as well and I've really been wanting to use it but my doctor told me that it was off limits while pregnant to avoid possible injury to the baby.

I used a tens machine after an accident and didn't find it helpful at all but I know some people use it during labour. Hope you get some relief!
