If you're talking about pinworms, there is a medication you can buy at Walgreens or CVS that works great. Also, you'll want to trim his nails short and talk to him about hygiene and not scratching his rectum with his hands.

Not sure what these are? Sounds like a parasite. Look into maleluca oils and see if bathing with them would help?
