too much weight gain

I am 24 weeks and 3 days.  I went to the dr yesterday and she the 25 pounds I've gained since being pregnant is far too much and I need to slow down.
I work out 4 times a week don't have much of an appetite so I don't know how to slow it down or what I should be doing different...
any suggestions?

I think everybody is different. To me that doesn't sound like a lot of weight to gain. I'm 31 weeks and have gained 26lbs and with with other 2 pregnancies I gained 30-35lbs with both but I know some ppl gain only 20 or even less and I always see girls on here saying they are 20 something weeks and only gained like 10lbs and I'm thinking to myself omg I'm such a fat @ss! Lol but I know everyone is different and I think my body is just made to gain 30-35lbs

Eat healthy foods, focus on quality.  Talk to your doctor about meeting with a nutritionist.  Every person is different,  if your doctor is concerned,  then heed the advice you are given. Your doctor has been following your pregnancy and knows you better than people on a forum.

I had gained 40 lbs by the time I was 30 weeks. I say don't worry about it. Everybody is different. As long as you and the baby are healthy, it's fine. You can work on losing it after. Trust me... that's what I'll be doing lol

At 24 weeks I had gained 14 pounds. The reason your doctor is concerned is because once you hit your third trimester you will gain a pound a week. I'm going to be. 33 weeks tomorrow and this morning I was at 21 pounds, but over the last few weeks I've fluctuated between 21-23 pounds.

I would watch what your eating, cutting out carbs and focusing on veggies and lean meats and walk daily.
