trigger?

Hi all. I woke up this morning with dark brown discharge.  Plus there were small pieces (about a cm across) of brown something in the stool. I've had mild cramping, but not much different than I have had periodically so far. My nausea has been the least I've had since about 3 weeks. I should be 7 weeks tomorrow. Have been lying down all day to try and help it, but it is there everytime I use the restroom. None gets in my underwear between times in the restroom. I will contact doc first thing in the morning but in the mean time I am completely freaking out. Trying to stay calm so I don't worry my son, husband is at work. Any thoughts?

Got to see the heartbeat on the monitor and all is well.  I did find out I'll have to get some weekly progesterone shots starting at 14 weeks, though,  so that could be better. Just relieved at this point.

Nausea is still almost non-existant, no breast tenderness. Discharge has turned to white-ish. Called doctor this morning and have appt at 2:20 Pacific time this afternoon. Will advise.

Brown means old so that much is good news. As to the trigger that could be any number of things. Sex, moving wrong, lots of things. :)
