With my first I slept on my belly all the way up to 37 weeks....This pregnancy....it's hit and miss (20 weeks) some nights I can and other I cant....He loves to sit low (my first was always up in my ribs made it easier to sleep on my belly)!

It's perfectly safe to sleep on your belly all the way through pregnancy...The only thing that prevents it is it usually not comfortable for mom to he on belly once farther along!

I'm 36 weeks and still sleeping on my stomach, slightly adjusted with pillows but still on.my stomach. Weather I want to or not I end up.back on my stomach. Dr is fine with it, if baby was having issues then your body will tell you and you will adjust

I pretty much slept half on my tummy for my whole pregnancy for both my boys. I'm only 7weeks 5days but I'll probably be the same.

My Dr said as long as it's still comfortable,  you can.
Baby will let you know if they don't like it.

In the early stages of pregnancy, it’s perfectly safe to sleep on your stomach. Once your belly does start to grow, though, it won’t be comfy (or even possible) to lay for long periods on your stomach anyway; so you'll probably change positions on your own in your sleep long before you could do any harm to baby.
