vagina

I'm afraid to have sex after I give birth. My vagina isn't as tight as it used to be. I mean I'm a gonna be a first time mom and if I can see I'm not as tight as I used to be now it makes me afraid for after birth. I know your vagina goes back the way it was but Idk. Would my bf notice? I know he LOVES the way my vagina feels now but Idk how it's gonna be. Does anyone have this same concern or have any opinion on this?

Also remember the feeling that you get that you're "looser" is due to a hormone called relaxin. It loosens up muscles and ligaments in preparation for baby. It could also be that you are more "wet" own there so there is less friction.

It will go right back. Lol also to help with tightness and if you have any urinary incontinence,  do kegel exercises. If you're up to it, in adult stores they carry kegel balls that actually do tremendous help for kegel muscles. You just pop em up there amd practice holding them in. They come in varying grades and types as your muscles become stronger. :)

When I gave birth to my first child I wasn't able to have sex for 3 months because of the pain in the area. A soon as we got back to it, my husband reassured me and actually told me it felt tighter. It really hurt for me like if I was a virgin! So I wouldn't worry about that! Our bodies are amazing and they return to normal!

He's a straight guy. He loves how vaginas feel, period. He is not going to complain. I don't know any man stupid enough to whine about any ***** he gets.

I promise you your vagina goes back to the way it was, keep up with kegels to exercise the muscles.

If he loves you he isn't going to care so I wouldn't worry about it.
