Never hurts to check with your OB.  I thought it was nothing and it turned out to be a yeast infection.

They say a thin, milky, mild smelling discharge is normal throughout pregnancy. Its purpose to protect the birth canal from infection and maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in the vagina.
