venting forever

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I feel like my first trimester is really slow. People who I know who already have children said that the first trimester will go by fast but for me it feels like it's not. My doctor found out that I was pregnant when I was 4 weeks I'm trying to keep myself busy so I won't get bored but it sometimes don't work. Anyone has suggestions to help me pass the time when I'm at home?
