heartburn and acid reflux help? ?

Any remedies? ??? I have horrible acid reflux especially at nights. Any advice, remedies, tips? ?? Besides milk oatmeal and tums. Thank you!!

I'm 34 weeks with my first. It happens to me like all the time. I HATE IT! It ***** big time. I also hate tums so I'm out of luck lol

Milk helps. Acid reducers but consult your dr first, nd tums. If your lactose, u can try soy or rice milk. Tastes great nd works. Or u can try baking soda water nd lemon. Hope that helps!

How far along are you? ?? I'm only 10 weeks:( wth my first I got this symptoms at third trimester. Idk how I'm gonna deal with this:( it irritates me. And I get so hungry all the time :,(( an this feeling won't let me eat in peace u.u Thanks I hope it gets Better for me too lol for u toon.n

Me too. Eat at least 3 hours before laying down. Water and fluids make acid reflux worse.

I used applecider vinegar. I know it sounds weird but it helped me! it's all natural and wont hurt the baby my auntie told me about it I thought she was crazy.but no.it actually worked instantly and fights it for awhile..

Same here! Usually I just deal with it. At night I sleep sorta sitting up. It helps me a lot.  I use my pillow and a pregnancy pillow during the whole night to keep me from laying flat down. Other than that i drink milk and try to avoid spicy food or eating too much. I hope.it gets better. :)
