How much weight are you supposed to gain during a pregnancy?

Usually if you have a healthy bmi the doctor would say 25-35 lbs.. that's what mine said at least.. but yeah it can be different if your short/tall over/under weight pre pregnancy and what not. I am tall and have a healthy bmi and she said around 25lbs should be my ideal gain

Everyone is different, some people gain loads, some don't gain any, i personally lost half a stone but that's because i ate a lot healthier when pregnant and we had bought a dog before we found out we were pregnant so i was walking 4-6 miles daily with her x

It depends on what you weigh and your height before pregnant
